Terms & Conditions
1. Who operates this website
This website is operated by FLR HOLDINGS UK LIMITED, company number 16970627, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE ("AIZennect", "we", "us" or "our"). Contact: hello@aizennect.com.
2. Acceptance and scope
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. These terms govern access to this website only; any future paid product, pilot, software licence, data-processing arrangement or other service will be governed by separate written terms.
3. Development status and no offer
AIZennect is in development. Website descriptions, diagrams, examples, modules and proposed capabilities communicate product direction and may change. Illustrations are illustrative, not live software. The website is not a binding offer to supply software, clinical functionality, hosting, support, service levels, integrations, regulatory certification or a particular release date. Submitting an enquiry is not a purchase, contract, guarantee of access, or guarantee that we will respond or invite you to a pilot.
4. No care, clinical, legal or financial advice
Website content is general information about a developing product, not medical, clinical, safeguarding, legal, regulatory, accounting or financial advice. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, statutory duties, care plans, clinical assessment, emergency procedures or advice from qualified advisers. Do not use this website to make care decisions or to manage live care delivery.
5. Acceptable use
You must use the website lawfully and must not: attempt unauthorised access; interfere with security or availability; introduce malware; scrape or harvest personal data unlawfully; submit false, unlawful, defamatory or infringing material; impersonate another person; or use the website to send spam. You must not submit personal or special-category data about residents, service users, patients, children, employees or other third parties through the research form unless you have a lawful basis and authority to do so; the form is not designed for such data and you should not submit it.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, website text, branding, graphics, design and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference. You must not reproduce, adapt, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except where the law permits. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of intellectual property.
7. Enquiries and feedback
You retain rights you hold in material you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not breach another person's rights or confidentiality. By voluntarily sending suggestions or feedback about AIZennect, you permit us to use those suggestions to evaluate and improve the project without payment or confidentiality obligations, unless we separately agree otherwise in writing. This does not grant us rights to confidential information you should not disclose.
8. Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services, including form delivery, hosting, analytics and external websites. We do not control third-party services or guarantee their availability, content, security or policies. Your use of them may be subject to their terms and privacy notices. A link does not imply endorsement.
9. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the website for operational, security or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. We may update these terms by publishing a new version with a revised date. Changes apply from publication to future use; where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it.
10. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that content is complete, current, suitable for a particular purpose, or that the website will be secure or free from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to the preceding paragraph and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings, data or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in this section affects rights you may have under mandatory law. These terms do not attempt to exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
11. Privacy and cookies
Our processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. Optional analytics are governed by the Cookie Policy and your cookie preferences. These terms do not replace or override applicable data-protection rights.
12. Indemnity
Nothing in these terms creates an obligation for a consumer or individual to indemnify us. If you use the website in the course of business, you are responsible for losses directly caused by your unlawful use or material breach of these terms, subject always to applicable law and our duty to mitigate loss.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that this does not deprive a consumer of any mandatory protection or right to bring proceedings in another court where applicable law permits.
14. Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms constitute the agreement concerning use of this website, without limiting any separate agreement or mandatory statutory rights.
